If those are the only networks that your app shows then the Tron network isn't supported. That doesn't mean you can't send crypto, you just can't send it via that network. Out of those Polygon and BNB are fast and low fees ( I prefer polygon ), however you will need to see if the admins are ok with transacting through those chains/networks.
