Must-Read How to Top-Up GB Credits using Crypto

Alright, guys, first you need to figure out which cryptocurrency you have or which wallet you're using. I'll leave a list of popular wallets under the spoiler. Don't overcriticize them - this one I found from some article online. I won't provide links, so you'll have to Google it yourself for more details.

let's begin with the most popular one - Bitcoin.
There's a bit of confusion here, as there are several types or versions of Bitcoin wallets. I'll try not to overwhelm you... just say, use this address (the first one):

Native-SegWit-bc1q-P2WPKH.png

(starting with "bc1q") - this is a Native SegWit (P2WPKH) address, introduced in 2017. It offers lower fees and improved scalability by separating signature data from the main transaction. We recommend checking whether it's supported in your wallet and using it.

Taproot-bc1p-P2TR.png

(starting with "bc1p") - this is a Taproot (P2TR) address, the newest format activated in November 2021. It offers the most advanced capabilities for complex transactions and supports Bitcoin Ordinals, BRC-20 tokens, and Runes. I have no idea what benefits it offers, I've never used it before ))

Legacy-P2PKH-Bitcoin.png

(Starting with "1") - this is a Legacy (P2PKH) address, the original Bitcoin format since 2009. It's supported by all wallets and exchanges, but has the highest transaction fees.

Ethereum (ETH) address (Base mainnet, Eth), or the address of any Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) - compatible network. It differs significantly from the Bitcoin addresses shown above. Ethereum addresses always start with 0x and consist of 40 hexadecimal characters (0-9 and a-f), making a total of 42 characters. The "0x" prefix is used in programming to denote hexadecimal numbers. This is a standard Ethereum address. You may also use this address to send Tether USD (ERC-20 tokens) on the Ethereum network.

TRON-TRC-20-TRX.png

TRON (TRX) address used for storing TRX cryptocurrency and TRC-20 standard tokens. TRON is an independent blockchain designed for fast and low-cost transactions, particularly popular for USDT stablecoins. This address can receive not only the native cryptocurrency TRX, but also TRC-20 tokens (the equivalent of ERC-20 tokens on Ethereum). The most popular TRC-20 token is USDT (Tether), which is widely used on the TRON network due to its minimal transaction fees.

Solana-SPL-SOL.png

This is a Solana address used for storing SOL cryptocurrency and SPL tokens (Solana Program Library). Solana is a high-performance blockchain known for its speed - up to 65,000 transactions per second - and low fees.

Solana (SOL) uses Base58 encoding and supports only one public key format (pubkey). The address is a 32-byte unique identifier used to locate an account on the Solana blockchain. Most accounts use an Ed25519 public key as their address, although Solana also supports program-derived addresses.

Unlike other blockchains:
  • Bitcoin uses prefixes "1", "3", or "bc1" with Base58Check or Bech32 encoding
  • Ethereum uses the "0x" prefix with hexadecimal encoding
  • TRON uses the "T" prefix with Base58 encoding
  • Solana has no fixed prefix and uses pure Base58 encoding of the entire 32-byte key
Case Sensitivity
Solana addresses are case-sensitive because Base58 includes both uppercase and lowercase letters. When copying an address, it's crucial to preserve the exact case of characters to avoid errors when sending funds.

I'm tired of writing extensively about each currency - let me just say that, with the same wallet address as Ethereum, you can send the following tokens:
  • USDC
  • BAT
  • Avalanche
  • Tether USD (USDT)
using these networks:
  • BNB Smart Chain network (BSC Network)
  • Polygon Network (POL)
  • Avalanche C-Chain Network (AVAXC Network)

Hit me up in this thread if you need something wild - like Dogecoin, Cardano, Litecoin, Polkadot, Cosmos, or whatever else you're into. Let me know if anything's off with the tokens or networks listed, and I'll keep the list updated.

Please ensure you have selected the correct currency and network.

After transferring the money, please take a screenshot of your transaction. Then, DM @VUnicorn in the 'Conversations'

by hovering your mouse over the username here: @VUnicorn, and include the amount and the currency you transferred, along with the transaction hash (transaction ID) and screenshot as confirmation.

Please take into consideration that Platform charges a 10% commission. So, taking that in mind, to calculate how much you will need Top-Up, use this formula:

(Amount that you need) / 0.9 = (Amount that you will need to Top-Up)
