I find this easier than having to go through process of buying credits, and anyone with any spare credits can use them on some nice art. This can also give people motivation to improve on their art skills if they can’t afford a course they want. I’m sure there may also be reasons as to why we can’t do this, but I’m just suggesting this idea incase it is possible.

I think that might be a good idea but if it's only allowed. Lot of people here are looking for the same thing (education!) and that could be good to reward artists
I think this would be a good idea tbh, we just probably can't post them anywhere on these sites, but I think it would be pretty cool even as a separate discord server or telegram to communicate with ppl and/or share our work.
