Greetings, everyone!

It brings me great joy to witness the participation of so many individuals in the competition. I sincerely hope that more engaging events will be organized on this platform in the future. Apologies for the delay (Very Busy😅). Without further ado, we are delighted to unveil the winners of the contest.

Our community's assistance was invaluable in selecting the winners.

**Disqualified**

🥇yussi with his/her Concept Character - Art

1692185060607.png

3-month Mediafile premium + 50 GBC Credits

Yussi has masterfully crafted a captivating piece of art featuring an elegant lady. The technique employed is impeccably refined, allowing for a truly immersive experience. The utilization of a soft color palette adds to the artwork's allure, creating a truly delightful visual spectacle that I thoroughly enjoyed.

🥈Yuusi663 with his/her Anime portrait

1692185143170.png

1-month Mediafile premium + 25 GBC Credits

Yuusi663 has skillfully produced a serene and tranquil depiction of a young lady. The adept use of colors, lighting, and technique is so harmoniously balanced that the artwork emanates a professional and polished essence. The meticulous selection of color tones and the artful play of lighting contribute to the overall sense of calm and peace that the artwork exudes. The choice of clothing for the young lady is also noteworthy, adding to the authenticity and visual appeal of the piece. Personally, this masterpiece stands out as one of my favorites, capturing a sense of peaceful beauty that truly resonates.

**Disqualified**

🥉MaxMeyed123 with his/her Bunny

1692185256679.png

1-week Mediafile premium + 10 GBC Credits

MaxMeyed123's artwork shines as one of the most adorable pieces in the competition. The technique used to depict the bunny is well-chosen. The soft yellow tones create a warm and cozy feel. The precise pencil work for shadows and lighting adds to this warmth. Excellent job!

Hello there, I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to verify your work. However, it appears that you have simply copied an image from a YouTube video. The similarities between the two are 100%, which is highly unlikely to occur naturally. I will refrain from taking any action, and instead, I will leave it up to the community to decide how to proceed.

Please vote by (y)or 😡
Care to explain the emojis, please?
Thumbs up to stay and the angry face to punish?

I reversed searched one image and did find one hit where it redirected to hyedi1's artstation BUT! the page doesnt exist anymore somehow, it says error 404 page not found...

I think it would be a great idea, to show as a proof, a short video a display capture of the 3d project window and moving the model around or something while showing the date and time on the windows taskbar

I feel like they are the legit artist but.... yeah idk, need some proper legit proof

If you prefer to, Owl, even to avoid botherind other people, you can simply disqualify this post of mine, but I posted two artworks instead of one. And this one I posted: https://group-buy.club/threads/last-origin-art-competition-2023.128/

Nobody here can say I "stole" from someone (didn't know that taking a course and using the same concept was considered a theft, but I do get the point). So if you find it appropriate, you could consider this post above "Last Origin" instead of the one you mentioned in the Winners' announcement. It would be more than fair since it was, too, one of the most voted, and I can also prove that I sculpted it from scratch, right? (plus it's solely the result of my own skills, if I may point out.)

Either way, I'll leave here the sculpting process with images of both artworks, because I won't sit here and read people doubting the quality of my work.
Mind that it's not even for the credits, because I just wanted to take participation in this competition, since this platform seemed nice, but next competition admins should let people know better what's allowed and what isn't.

Yep, it was my previous Artstation page which is deleted now. Here's the proof for the three 3d models:

thank you guys for doing this because it is really important to verify the integrity of the arts but I agree with what Lyra said, unfortunately ... this is getting out of hand
with the video and images personally I think this artist proved himself already...

Hey! I'm glad the air has been cleared out now! Really sorry for you to go through this but I hope you understand how big of a deal stolen artworks are, we just needed solid proof and now this is more than enough, thank you for providing with the process shots, sorry for the trouble you went through 🙏

Not sure if I've remarked on your art, its incredible, truly... Can you recommend some courses where I can get started creating something like that? Have you ever 3d printed your works before?

It's okay, I understand the point of all of this, and even though I feel a little offended, I know that art theft is a real concern. Thank you, though. I'm just waiting to hear from the admins now, as I kind of don't want to explain myself any more than that. lol

Honestly, OCC covers all you need to know. Just start off with the basics (focus on beginners courses, they cover everything you need to go through) and lots of practice. I've been doing this for 2 years now and most of my results came from courses I took here in my country, from online courses such as the ones from Nikolay Naidenov and from japanese artists on Youtube.
Yes, I have. I work selling anime figures, so I own an Anycubic 3D printer.

Just a heads up: Strange, but I think somebody is creating fake accounts just to downvote this. May you verify this too, Owl, please?

Wooooahhhhh how sick is that!! man... I thought you were just a hobby scultptor, thats so cool... do you mind sharing any social media where you post your 3d works? printed/digital?

Thank you for directing, I've got a week worth of premium to spend, now I know what courses to look out for!

Also, 2 years feel like such a short term for that kind of quality work, goes to show what perseverance and dedication can get you! I've forever been stalling to learn 3d ....

🙏 apologies for it came down to that, just know, for me I just grew more respect for you and your work! So theres the positive side of it 🤗

What the actual ffff ??? Why is this person so petty?? The one creating those accounts, you definitely have much bigger problems in your life, focus on that rather than trying to attack a real artist... get your life together...

I also would like to do zbrush anime figures but more on like Naruto, One Piece or HxH characters, which courses from the OCC should I start with other than from the Coloso course by wandah?

like the ones below, I would greatly appreciate any advice so I wont end up wasting my time learning things that are not related in making anime figure/statue... Thanks alot!!!

Hi there, i know I am not this person you tagged but there are two good YouTubers with good videos on how to make anime models...one is Rubim and the other one FlyCat!
FlyCat's videos are on OCC and they're super helpful

Nah, you're good man. I really appreciate your time and apologize for being too conspiratorial about your artwork 😅. Anyway, it was fun )
