How much funding is needed, and how many participants are there? This course is likely in the top 10, yet it's not being delivered. Please proceed with it. Worldwide, AnimSchool and Animation Mentor lead in online animation education, so why the hesitation? Offering this course would be a sound decision, and I'm not suggesting a course that lacks popularity.
