Bringing back the popular courses tab on OCC.

I joined just because I wanted to ask if it would be possible to add the popular courses feature that was on the side bar again, maybe if you scroll aaaaall the way down. I don't mind the ads but I really liked the popular courses tab, and it helped me find loads of useful stuff. It was a nice QoL feature.
