HI, can I notice that some courses I've paid for that it seems like the credits were taken out twice for the same course, I need help getting refunded credits for those
 
Hello, I'm so sorry if this has already been answered but I'm having a lot of trouble registering a Mediafile account. I don't know if anyone else has been experiencing it or has seen it happen before but every time I try to register an account it keeps saying "Captcha confirmation text is invalid" when a Captcha doesn't exist and is unavailable. I tried sending a message to Mediafile support but the same message pops up and blocks me from being able to send help to support. I was wondering if anyone knew a work around or if this is a new issue that recently popped up for everyone?

The amount credited to the balance can be calculated by the formula $20 (Top-Up) * 0.9 (coefficient) = 18 (GBC balance), $22 (Top-Up) * 0.9 (coefficient) = 19.8 (GBC balance)
