As the title says i find that it would be useful if the people of the secondary list get added automatically to the one of the primary since some of the primary leave at times and that spot needs to be taken up

Suggestion: membership of additional list get automatically added to primary when someone leaves the primary list

I believe we should establish a specific time frame, for instance, within 7 days, for individuals to make the payment; those who haven't paid within this period will be removed from the main list. People from the additional list can opt to join the main list. However, there might be an issue if individuals from the main list don't make the payment for an extended period.
Yes i do agree and i asked the dmed an admin to implement that. But what i mean is when the payment time is there or before when the group is already full a lot of people may leave after finding out they can't pay or similar. So when they leave their place gets filled immediately which is smoother amf faster imo
