hi, i really want to get this course, it says 13/16, does that mean i'll be able to get it once there's 16 people paid? also it says "Oops! We ran into some problems." when i try to click the mediafire link.

You will be able to get this course as soon as you top up your balance. All courses labelled "Delivered" are available for download.
 
just a suggestion but in the future can the participants get a dub for this course , it would be easier to follow along especially the longer chapters.
i know it might take a while but just wanted to ask.
