@Mailer Hi! We haven't actually thought about how to make the courses accessible to everyone on OCC yet because, for one thing, these are different circles. Also, I don't think it would be entirely fair or correct for some people to pay for a course in a GB, while others get it for free after some time.
First of all, it's not quite fair. Secondly, Strawberry himself bought most of the courses here on GBC and paid a lot of money for them. You have to understand, it's not like a single course just pays for itself instantly. Some courses maybe 80% of them - are Not very popular. they just sit there as dead weight with only two or three people interested. Only the most popular ones, keep 'selling'. So, imagine that the funds spent on other courses are recouped through these popular ones. If you post them on OCC as soon as they reach their target amount, then that's it -Strawberry won't have the money to buy new stuff, and everything will fizzle out.
I've been part of this project for maybe a year now, and I'll tell you this: our community is very reluctant to pay. As soon as there's an opportunity to get something for free, people stop paying immediately. Considering that the amount to join a group buy is quite small, I think it's fully affordable for most of users.

yea I absolutely understand, I was just curious if there is a specified time or something after wich the courses get sent online for free. Personally I would actually like if a product I helped buying gets free for everyone thanks to me, after some time ofc. But I absolutely understand the cost of this and I am grateful for the community keep it up guys
