This is an old work I did a few years ago, using zbrush, keyshot and photoshop.
Comments and critiques are welcome.
Thanks and good luck to everyone :).

Wooooww the lighting is super good! the shapes are super good, really funny character design :ROFLMAO: Great job man (y) Only one critique is wish we could see its hand or tail 🐊
You're right, in retrospect I also wish I had added the rest of the character, but I was lazy and found a really clever way to knock out a character sculpt with minimal effort and no one would be the wiser. I guess I was right until you came along and poked holes in my "brilliant" plan; Thanks a lot 🤣.
But seriously, thanks so much for the kind words and the input, mango!.

ahhh now this explains a lot of your design choices in that piece! thanks for the insight, I wish I can get to your level where this kind of result comes out from minimal effort hahah, adding to strawberry's question I would love to see your suggestions for some good courses to follow (y)

  1. What was your inspiration for creating this artwork?
  2. Could you suggest some courses that would teach a beginner how to create similar artwork by using the skills they've learned?
1. I don't remember specifically what prompted me to sculpt a crocodile (I probably watched them in an animal documentary), but I always liked the idea of seeing potentially dangerous creatures looking cartoonish and funny.

2. This is a great course to get started learning zbrush, especially for those interested in stylized characters: https://online-courses.club/3d-character-workshop-shane-olson/
I haven't watched this one, but Matt Thorup is always great to learn from: https://online-courses.club/intro-to-zbrush-and-character-design-matt-thorup/
And these two from Pablo Munoz Gomez are simply fantastic!

Thanks, strawberry
