Jamir Blanco

Senior 3D Modeling and Lighting Artist

Jamir Blanco is a senior 3D modeling and lighting artist based in Orange County, California. At the time this course was created, he was working with Blizzard Entertainment’s cinematics team.

Jamir began his career in 2014 as a 3D generalist, working on commercials and television productions. In 2016, he moved to Canada and joined Moving Picture Company as a 3D environment artist, contributing to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Ghost in the Shell.

In 2017, he relocated to California to work at Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics as a cinematic modeler on Marvel’s Avengers. In 2019, he joined Blizzard Entertainment’s cinematics department as a senior modeling, texturing, and lighting artist.
